We change our lives painfully, awkwardly, sometimes with immense resistance and sometimes with joyful excitement.

In June of last year, I hobbled into Kate’s rooms both emotionally and physically pretty crippled with an array of emotions that were causing me great distress.

I have changed my way of being in this universe and although I have worked hard, been persistent, faltered and rejoiced, I don’t see how I would be travelling on this less rocky path without the guidance, warmth, empathy and support of Kate.

Kate has fantastic insight into what is going on in your life. She is so easy to talk to and her manner makes you feel so at ease. I felt comfortable right away ( and normally I don’t!)

CONCUSSION
I can’t thank Kate enough I was suffering concussion problems for 4 years
After a car accident, also back and neck injuries haven’t worked in this
Time ,concussion makes you a danger to your self and others!
doctors couldn’t help , just take this they said,it made me worse ,lost for
Weeks on tablets
Kate saved me from a bad head space ,with eft ,I was at my last effort to save my
Self
EFT has change my life ,first session was incredible ,I was back ,my thoughts were
Clear ! ,the concussion bubble around my head was gone !!
Childhood memories have been removed as well
I can totally recommend Kate for helping people
Who have had life problems and can’t leave it behind them

I saw Kate for counselling and Reiki. I was able to bring up issues in counselling and let them go with Reiki. This worked well for me and I look forward to returning again. Well worth it.
